Notifications

Select which alerts we send to managers and admins - alerts for geofence violations, late punches, overtime reached and shift change requests.

1.  Navigate to Settings > Notifications

2. Location Violation- When checked alerts will be sent to managers or administrators if an employee

     punches into a geofence location outside the geofenced perimeters. 

3. Clock in/out prompt-  When checked alerts will be sent to managers or administrators when an

     employee 

     leaves the jobsite geofence while still punched in. 

4. Late clock in-  When checked alerts will be sent to managers or administrators s when an employee

     does not punch in for a scheduled  job.

5. Overtime limit reached- When checked alerts will be sent to managers or administrators when an

      employee reaches the weekly overtime threshold set.

6. Shift change request-   When checked alerts will be sent to managers or when an employee requests

     to change an existing shift, requests a new shift or requests a shift to be deleted.
