Respond to the invitation email, set your password, and sign in at https://time.wagepoint.com.
2. Viewing Your Most Recent/Next Pay Date
In Track
Go to Dashboard. The Payroll Calendar displays your most recent pay date and next pay date.
In Time
While Time by Wagepoint does not currently display the last and upcoming pay dates for employees, it does allow employees to view their timesheets, both past and current. This feature provides transparency and ensures employees have access to detailed records of their hours worked.

3. Viewing Payroll History
In Track
Option 1:
Go to Dashboard. Payroll History is prominently displayed, showing Pay# / Pay Date / Amount (if toggled on).
Option 2:
Navigate to My Payroll History from the left navigation menu.
For a detailed breakdown:
Click Approved Time to see prior approved timesheets with start/end dates, hours, and time-off totals.
For daily details, click View within the selected approval range.
In Time
Click Approved Time to see prior approved timesheets, hours worked, and time-off totals.
For daily details, click View in the approval range.
4. Changing Your Password
In Track
Click on the navigation menu from the upper right, then select Wagepoint to launch payroll.
Scroll to the bottom to Change Password.
In Time
Click the dropdown caret by your employee name (upper right), then go to Account > Update Password.
5. Turning Payday Email Notifications On or Off
In Track
Navigate to My Info > Toggle Payday Notifications to Yes or No.
In Time
The process is the same, except employees will need to log into their Wagepoint payroll account to access this feature.
6. Turning Two-Factor Authentication On or Off
In Track
Navigate to My Info > Enable/Disable Two-Factor Authentication.
In Time
Use the dropdown by your employee name (upper right), then go to Account > Toggle Two-Factor Authentication on or off.
7. Viewing Pay Rate, Hire Date, or Employment Status
In Track
Navigate to Work Info.
In Time
The process is the same, except employees will need to log into their Wagepoint payroll account to access this feature.
8. Adding Bank Information for Direct Deposit

9. Recording Time via Timesheets
In Track
Go to Settings > Track > Time Clock or Record Time.
Enter total hours for each workday in the week.
Navigate to previous or next weeks as needed.
Submit for approval by your manager/admin.
In Time
From the Home screen, click the drop down caret next to Add Shift.
Select Add Weekly Time.
Optional: Choose Location and Job.
Enter Start and End Times for each day. Click Save after each entry.
At the end of the week, click Save at the bottom right.
To add another timesheet, click Add Entry and repeat.
If changes are needed before approval, use the three dots on the timesheet entry to edit and resubmit.
10. Recording Time via Kiosk
In Track
Log in to the Track app with your email and password.
Enter your PIN, then click Punch In or Punch Out > Done.
In Time
On a device with the Time app installed, enter your PIN and click Continue.
Select Clock In or Clock Out. You have 15 seconds to clock in after clicking Continue.
If required, select Job and Location at clock-in.
11. Viewing a 30-Day Work History via Kiosk
In Track
Log in to the Track app, enter your PIN, and click History.
In Time
This feature is not currently available in Time by Wagepoint
