(US) Email notifications

Navigate to the Notification Settings section in the Account settings > Settings tab to enable or disable the following email notifications.

Payroll notifications

1. Processing reminder – get an email reminder to process your payroll before the pay period cutoff.

2. Calendar reminder – get an email reminder for the next payroll processing date, includes .ics file to save reminder to your calendar.

3. Payroll approved – get an email confirmation that payroll has been approved for the current pay period and is pending finalization.

4. Reports available notice – get an email confirmation that payroll has been finalized and payroll reports are available to review.

Birthday and anniversary notifications

1. Employee birthday notice – get an email reminder for any employee(s) celebrating a birthday.

2. Employee work anniversary notice – get an email reminder for any employee(s) celebrating a work anniversary.

Managing administrator notifications

1. Navigate to the Admin Notices section.

2. Enable administrator accounts to receive notifications – choose which company administrators receive the selected email notices.

3. Save changes to enable email notifications.
