At Wagepoint, submitting a ticket through our simple in-app widget is the quickest and easiest way to contact customer support.
Here's how to easily submit a support ticket from within Wagepoint:
- Navigate to the orange "Got a question?" button at the bottom-right corner of any screen.
- A "Contact Support" pop-up will appear, with your "Company", "Name" and "Email" fields already pre-populated, based on your Wagepoint administrator settings.
- From the "Nature of Inquiry" drop-down menu, select the reason for your support request.
- Navigate down to the "How can we help you?" text box to provide more information about your request. (We like details! Please be as specific as possible so that we can pin-point ways to help quickly.)
- If you wish to include a screenshot with your submission, you can do so by navigating down to Upload Screenshot > Choose File to attach a .pdf, .png or .jpg image).
- Click "Submit" to send us your request.
