The Hawaii State Department of Labor & Industrial Relations (DLIR) mandates that all employers must file quarterly unemployment insurance tax returns on the “New” Employer website.

All employers are required to assign Third-Party Authorization (TPA) to their service provider on the website. For Wagepoint to file and pay taxes on your behalf, employers must assign TPA to Wagepoint Holdings USA, Inc.:

1. Create an account on the new Hawaii State Unemployment Insurance (HISUI) website.

2. Notify Wagepoint that the account has been created. Wagepoint will then request access to your account via email.

3. Log in to your account and accept Wagepoint Holdings USA, Inc. as your service provider. You will also need to assign Wagepoint Holdings USA, Inc. rights to act on your behalf.
