Note: This year-end KIT is intended for Wagepoint 1.0 users. If you’ve upgraded to Wagepoint 2.0, here is the Wagepoint 2.0 year-end KIT

Year-end is the perfect time to make sure that all of your information is entered correctly within Wagepoint, including your 2026 Workers’ Compensation rates.

Contact your provincial WSIB/WCB agency to confirm your Workers’ Compensation rates for 2026. To apply these rates, update your Company > More > Workers’ Compensation tab with the new rates for 2026 before you run your first payroll for a pay date in 2026.

Important notes about Worker’s Comp rates in Wagepoint.

  • If your Workers’ Compensation rates are changing for 2026, you will not be able to enter them in Wagepoint until you run the last payroll of 2025 and reports are available online.

  • Wagepoint can only handle Worker’s Compensation remittances on your behalf. We are not authorized to complete your Workers’ Compensation reporting. However, to help you complete your reporting accurately, we provide a handy Workers’ Compensation Report, which can be found in your Reports tab.

Find your rates.

Check directly with the appropriate board for your province/territory for the latest rates.
