Once you have reset your password/received the invite, please follow the instructions below to get you logged in:
- For this first log-in after difficulties, please be sure to log in from a desktop or laptop computer, not a smartphone
- Please use a browser other than Internet Explorer as it is no longer compatible with newer technologies such as Wagepoint. Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari all work well with our systems. If previously using Google, switch to Firefox or vice versa.
- Clear your browser history prior to attempting to log in (and after every failed attempt)
- Please open a new browser page and in the URL bar type secure.wagepoint.com and hit enter without picking any of the hits that pop-up
- Using the newest email, please enter your User ID and the temporary password. Please be sure to copy no spaces before or after the password. Hit the green Login button (not the blue one).
