The following updates were released within Wagepoint on March 2, 2022.
- PST charges implemented for customers in Saskatchewan and British Columbia: Wagepoint rolled out Provincial Sales Taxes (PST) in addition to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) for all Wagepoint customers in Saskatchewan and British Columbia. This change has been implemented to ensure we are in compliance with provincial tax legislation. Bottom line: This change is guided by provincial tax legislation, and not Wagepoint. This means that, if your company’s headquarters are based in either of these provinces, your payroll invoice, as well as any non-payroll invoices, will include PST charges on our fees, as applicable. - Swipeclock integration no longer supported: Swipeclock has been removed as an available add-on to Wagepoint. To continue using Swipeclock, customers can transition their Swipeclock account by creating a support ticket and emailing service@swipeclock.com.
